Watch out for the potholes - especially winter's encore this week!

It's less than two weeks to the concert with the Yorkton band, and we'd like to put on a good show.

If you haven't let us know whether you will be at the concert (and the pre-concert supper and massed band rehearsal) - what are you waiting for? Let us know right away!

The calendar entries have the overview - all the details are in the weekly emails. The poster for the concert is attached below, and it's also on the calendar entry = please print & post or share wherever you can. Having to put more chairs out for the audience is a pleasant chore!

Prairie Winds (both groups) will be guests at the MSM concert on Sunday, May 27th at 2:00 pm. The Senior band will be playing three numbers and then we would all (both groups) join with the MSM Senior band to play Washington Post, Bless This House, In The Mood and On Wisconsin to conclude their concert. This is very important to Bob and we want him to go out with a bang and not just fade away. We will have a rehearsal with MSM sometime just before the concert.

Our summer hot dog sale fundraiser will be June 23rd and 24th. There will be a sign-up sheet at rehearsals starting April 11th. Sign up early to get your preferred shift!

Reminders:

The light supper before the massed band rehearsal on April 29th is for band members only - so we need to know if you'll be there!

Also: please let us know if you won't be able to get to rehearsal, and watch your email in case of nasty weather.
