March Update

Now we have snow - and most of it showed up before rehearsal last week - and if the forecasts are to be believed, a fair bit will be melted by the middle of this week..

The board (and card) games night at Tony Roma's went well - those who were there seemed to be enjoying themselves. Check the FaceBook page for pictures!

Only one more rehearsal for Intermediate Band before the Optimist festival - so please make every effort to attend! And for those of us in Senior band, we do have the challenge of "Absolutely Sousa" to meet - check the Music Links for a version with the score so we can see how the parts all fit together!

We will be having a massed band rehearsal before the spring concert as there are several numbers that we will play with both the Intermediate band, and our guests, the Yorkton Community band. Be sure to let us know if you will be able to join us for a light supper and the massed band rehearsal - it would be polite and courteous to support our guests in this!

Reminders:

All Christmas music should have been handed in.

No rehearsal March - please try to come hear the Intermediate band play at the Optimist Festival!

Rehearsal March 28 will be at Lakeview United Church (downstairs).

We have been invited to come to the MSM concert on May 27th - don't forget to sign up for this as well.

Also: please let us know if you won't be able to get to rehearsal, and watch your email in case of nasty weather.
