No rehearsals tomorrow - Easter break for the schools.
Only one more rehearsal before the concert, so please make every effort to attend on April 28.
Remember to sign up for hot dog sale shifts - sign up sheets made their appearance at rehearsals last week, but they weren't filled up yet. Check your email for details!

The March workshops gave us new perspectives on our music, without the stress of getting to the Optimist Festival.
We only have THREE more rehearsals before our concert (no rehearsal on Easter Monday), so please make every effort to attend.
The Social Committee has tickets for the April 13th Burger day/night event - let's see if we can meet their sales target! Details are in your email. Also, in the email are the dates our hot dog sales: mark your calendars, and see when you can take a shift or two.

We will be having workshops in March - on the 10th for Intermediate band and on the 24th for Senior band. On those nights, the group not in the workshop will not be rehearsing.
The Social Committee has two events planned - one for March 22, and the other for April 13th. Please check your email for details, and get your tickets soon!

The cold temperatures are not good for people or vehicles; band is cancelled tonight!
Check your email update for the theme for the spring concert (hint: the date is May 4th!), and the Hot Dog Sale dates for this year - May 24/25 and June 28/29. Put them into your calendar now so you can plan around them!

Welcome to JANUARY! After our first rehearsal at our new/old space at Thom Collegiate, winter has again made itself heard. Due to the frigid weather, rehearsals are cancelled Monday, January 20.

Thank you all for making our concerts successful again this year.

Rehearsals will start up January 13th at Thom Collegiate in the band room.

Now that Black Friday has come and gone, it's practically Christmas Concert time!
Reminder: we will have dainties at intermission at our concert on December 8 at Lakeview United Church, so please bring about a dozen nut-free treats.
And on December 9, we will put on another concert at Our Lady Peace, in the evening - see the calendar for details.
There will be 50/50 draws at both concerts.
We will start rehearsals again on January 13, at the same times, but in a different location: we will be back at Thom Collegiate!

This coming Monday (October 28) will be our last night at the Eagles Club. And
It's just about Hallowe'en so you can wear your 🎃Hallowe'en costumes - there will be prizes!
There will be 50/50 tickets available, so bring some cash
Fees were due October 16 - please make arrangements as soon as possible if you haven't yet paid!

For November and December, we will be rehearsing at Our Lady of Peace Parish on Broad St. We are still at the Eagles Club until October 28.

It's that time of year again - to dust off the instrument, find the music stand, look for reeds or valve oil, and maybe even practice up a little.
Please come out to our registration information meeting on Thursday, August 29th at 7pm to get the information about our new registration process. It will be at the Wesern Pizza on South Albert (3847 Albert St S).
