Applause Fundraiser Notes

We need everyone to purchase their tickets soon..... (absolute deadline - November 10th)

Try & sell a table of 4 or 8 or more....

Not only are our tickets cheaper than going directly to Applause, at our show all guests will get 2 thank you gifts for attending... and we hope to

have enough door prizes that every 2nd person wins one.......

Prizes are still needed.... Please get all prizes in

by next weekend (Nov. 7th) as we need to be putting the raffle groups together, doing the program, etc....

We will have 4 raffle tables (tickets: 3 for $5), so for $20 you can have a chance on all the raffle tables. There are usually 4 - 5 prizes per table. There will also be a

50/50 draw, so there are lots of chances to win!

Regular Reminders:

Please contact your band director if you are unable to attend rehearsal.

Fees are due by November 3: same price as last year, and the year before, and the year before!!

If needed, two payments (one in September/October, one in January) can spread the "pain" out.

November 11: Senior Band plays at Remembrance Day service in Fort Qu'appelle - see calendar for details

November 13: Applause Dinner Theatre Fundraiser -> look for the e-Poster in your email

November 21, 2pm: Regina's Santa Claus Parade - more info to come

December 5, 2pm: Christmas Concert, at Thom Collegiate - rehearsals finish for the fall

January 12, 2011: Band Rehearsals resume

February 23: Clinic with Clinton Marshall - it was great fun last year!

March 23-25: Regina Optimist Band Festival - performance date and time to follow when available.

April 22-29: Easter break for Regina Public schools

May 1: Spring Concert: 2pm at Thom Collegiate
